Otolaryngologists, also known as ENT specialists, treat a variety of conditions, including:

1. Hearing problems: such as hearing loss, ear infections, and tinnitus (ringing in the ears). 
2. Nasal disorders: such as sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, nasal polyps, and nasal breathing problems.
3. Throat diseases: Such as throat infections, swallowing problems, and voice disorders.

Tests performed:

Ear:

Otoscopy: Visual examination of the external ear and the eardrum.

Audiometry: Test to evaluate hearing ability.

Impedance audiometry: Evaluates the function of the middle ear.

Nose:

Rhinoscopy: Visual examination of the nasal cavities.

Nasal videoendoscopy: Allows visualization of the inside of the nose in greater detail.

Rhinomanometry: Evaluates nasal function and airflow resistance.

Throat:

Pharyngoscopy: Visual examination of the pharynx.   

Laryngoscopy: Visual examination of the larynx.   

Rhinofibrolaryngoscopy: Allows visualization of the throat and larynx using a fiber optic scope.   

Stroboscopy: Allows visualization of the movement of the vocal cords.   

Acoustic analysis: Evaluates voice quality.   

Laryngeal electromyography: Evaluates the muscular function of the larynx.
